A self-made entrepreneur with an unwavering belief in hard work, integrity, and perseverance, Trimbak Jadhav transformed determination into opportunity and relationships into lasting partnerships. Long before the company grew into the organization it is today, he understood that trust is the strongest foundation any business can be built upon.

In 1990, he established the business with a single objective—to provide dependable transportation services built on commitment, honesty, and reliability. Guided by a long-term vision and an uncompromising work ethic, he steadily expanded the organization into stone crushing, ready-mix concrete production, and contracting, creating an integrated enterprise that serves the construction industry today.

Throughout his journey, he earned the respect of clients, partners, suppliers, and employees through consistency, humility, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. His leadership was never defined by titles, but by the confidence people placed in his word and the values he lived every day.

Today, every system we implement, every process we refine, and every project we deliver stands upon the foundation he created through decades of dedication and disciplined leadership. Satish Jadhav

Managing Director

Satish Jadhav leads the strategic growth and operational development of Incline Infra Works, bringing together technical expertise, international education, and practical industry experience.

He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Rizvi College of Engineering, and a Master’s Degree from New York University (NYU). His educational journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning and a broader perspective on business, operations, and project management.

Prior to joining the family business, Satish built his professional career in the United States within the construction industry. Progressing from Assistant Project Manager to PMO Lead, he gained valuable experience in project execution, organizational systems, operational controls, financial management, and strategic planning. This exposure provided a deeper understanding of how successful organizations create consistency, accountability, and long-term growth through well-defined processes and disciplined execution.

Today, he is focused on strengthening the systems and operational foundations of Incline Infra Works. By integrating modern management practices with decades of industry experience, he is driving the company’s evolution into a process-driven organization built on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

His vision is to build upon the legacy established by the previous generation while creating a scalable enterprise capable of delivering sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value for clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Akash Jadhav

Managing Director – Finance & Commercial Operations

Akash Jadhav plays a vital role in maintaining the financial strength and commercial discipline of Incline Infra Works. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), he oversees the financial and commercial functions of the organization across its various business verticals.

With a strong focus on financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, and commercial controls, he ensures that business growth is supported by sound financial decision-making and operational stability. His disciplined approach to financial management helps the organization maintain a strong foundation while pursuing new opportunities and expanding its capabilities.

Working closely with leadership and operational teams, Akash contributes to strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term business sustainability. His ability to balance growth objectives with financial prudence plays an important role in supporting the company’s continued development.

Vishal Jadhav

Managing Director – Operations

Vishal Jadhav plays a key role in driving operational excellence across Incline Infra Works. As Managing Director – Operations, he is responsible for coordinating resources, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the effective execution of activities across the organization’s various business verticals.

Working closely with project teams, plant operations, and leadership, he focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, strengthening coordination, and supporting the systems that enable consistent performance. His practical approach and attention to detail help ensure that organizational objectives are translated into measurable results on the ground.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) and combines business understanding with hands-on operational management to support the company’s day-to-day activities. His ability to coordinate across multiple functions helps maintain alignment between business objectives and operational execution.

As Incline Infra Works continues to grow, he remains committed to enhancing efficiency, supporting execution teams, and strengthening the operational foundation that drives consistent performance across the organization.

Praveen Dudhe

Director - Project Delivery

Praveen Dudhe leads project execution activities across Incline Infra Works and serves as a critical link between planning and on-site delivery. With a strong presence in the field, he oversees day-to-day construction activities, site coordination, workforce management, and project progress across multiple assignments.

His hands-on leadership ensures that project plans are translated into disciplined execution while maintaining alignment with quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Through active involvement on site, he helps drive accountability, resolve operational challenges, and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, Praveen plays a vital role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company standards. His practical approach, leadership on the ground, and commitment to continuous improvement contribute significantly to the successful delivery of projects.
