Founder & Chairman
Trimbak Jadhav is the founder of Incline Infra Works and the driving force behind the values that continue to guide the organization today. Raised in an environment where responsibilities came early and opportunities were limited, he developed a deep appreciation for hard work, perseverance, and commitment from a young age.
Although circumstances did not allow him to pursue higher education, he never stopped learning through experience, observation, and an unwavering desire to grow. Through determination, resilience, and a strong belief in the power of relationships, he built a reputation founded on trust, reliability, and integrity.
In 1990, he laid the foundation of the business with transportation services. Guided by a long-term vision and relentless work ethic, the organization steadily expanded into stone crushing, ready-mix concrete production, and contracting. His ability to build lasting relationships and earn the confidence of clients, partners, and communities became a cornerstone of the company’s growth.
Today, the systems, processes, and operational excellence that drive Incline Infra Works stands upon the foundation he built through decades of leadership, discipline, and dedication. His journey serves as a constant reminder that sustainable growth is achieved through perseverance, strong values, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.
Satish Jadhav
Managing Director
Satish Jadhav leads the strategic growth and operational development of Incline Infra Works, bringing together technical expertise, international education, and practical industry experience.
He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Rizvi College of Engineering, and a Master’s Degree from New York University (NYU). His educational journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning and a broader perspective on business, operations, and project management.
Prior to joining the family business, Satish built his professional career in the United States within the construction industry. Progressing from Assistant Project Manager to PMO Lead, he gained valuable experience in project execution, organizational systems, operational controls, financial management, and strategic planning. This exposure provided a deeper understanding of how successful organizations create consistency, accountability, and long-term growth through well-defined processes and disciplined execution.
Today, he is focused on strengthening the systems and operational foundations of Incline Infra Works. By integrating modern management practices with decades of industry experience, he is driving the company’s evolution into a process-driven organization built on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
His vision is to build upon the legacy established by the previous generation while creating a scalable enterprise capable of delivering sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value for clients, employees, and stakeholders.
Akash Jadhav
Managing Director – Finance & Commercial Operations
Akash Jadhav plays a vital role in maintaining the financial strength and commercial discipline of Incline Infra Works. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), he oversees the financial and commercial functions of the organization across its various business verticals.
With a strong focus on financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, and commercial controls, he ensures that business growth is supported by sound financial decision-making and operational stability. His disciplined approach to financial management helps the organization maintain a strong foundation while pursuing new opportunities and expanding its capabilities.
Working closely with leadership and operational teams, Akash contributes to strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term business sustainability. His ability to balance growth objectives with financial prudence plays an important role in supporting the company’s continued development.

Vishal Jadhav
Managing Director – Operations
Vishal Jadhav plays a key role in driving operational excellence across Incline Infra Works. As Managing Director – Operations, he is responsible for coordinating resources, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the effective execution of activities across the organization’s various business verticals.
Working closely with project teams, plant operations, and leadership, he focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, strengthening coordination, and supporting the systems that enable consistent performance. His practical approach and attention to detail help ensure that organizational objectives are translated into measurable results on the ground.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) and combines business understanding with hands-on operational management to support the company’s day-to-day activities. His ability to coordinate across multiple functions helps maintain alignment between business objectives and operational execution.

Praveen Dudhe
Director - Project Delivery
Praveen Dudhe leads project execution activities across Incline Infra Works and serves as a critical link between planning and on-site delivery. With a strong presence in the field, he oversees day-to-day construction activities, site coordination, workforce management, and project progress across multiple assignments.
His hands-on leadership ensures that project plans are translated into disciplined execution while maintaining alignment with quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Through active involvement on site, he helps drive accountability, resolve operational challenges, and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, Praveen plays a vital role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company standards. His practical approach, leadership on the ground, and commitment to continuous improvement contribute significantly to the successful delivery of projects.
